1. General Information
Savora Parfume offers high-quality fragrances and perfume products through online channels, including website and social media platforms. All products are sold exclusively within North Macedonia, unless otherwise stated.
Savora Parfume reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information & Authenticity
- All perfumes sold by Savora Parfume are high-quality fragrance products.
- Product images are taken in a professional environment for presentation purposes.
- Due to lighting, screen settings, and photography, minor differences in color, packaging details, or appearance may occur.
- Such minor differences do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for a refund.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, Facebook, or other official Savora Parfume channels.
- Once an order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
- Savora Parfume reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is available within North Macedonia only.
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days maximum, depending on location and courier service.
- Delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure are outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.
5. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged package and product must be provided.
- Once verified, Savora Parfume will replace the damaged order at no additional cost.
- Replacement applies only to damage caused during shipping.
6. Wrong or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is completely different from what was advertised or ordered:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If confirmed, you are eligible for a full refund of the product value.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreement.
⚠️ Important:
Minor differences in color, packaging shade, or label design do not qualify as a “wrong order”.
7. Refund & Return Policy
- Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged products or incorrect orders, as described above.
- Used, opened, or intentionally damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Testers
- Testers are offered so customers can verify fragrance quality before purchasing.
- Tester orders are final and non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery.
9. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in MKD (денари).
- Savora Parfume reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.
10. Customer Responsibility
By ordering from Savora Parfume, customers confirm that:
- They are legally allowed to purchase the products.
- They understand fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, fabric, and usage.
- They have reviewed product descriptions carefully before ordering.
11. Limitation of Liability
Savora Parfume is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (customers are advised to test first).
- Delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Misuse or improper storage of products.
